ARE THE CIGARS SOLD PER PACK OR PER STICK?

All cigars are sold per stick

CAN WE ORDER CIGARS OR ACCESORIES THAT ARE NOT LISTED?

Yes, you can. Just send us a message here and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept GCash and BDO fund transfers. We also allow Cash On Delivery should neither of the 2 options be to your preference. Payment details will be available upon checkout.

Cart reservations upon checkout will be held for a maximum of 3 business days. If payment is not made within 3 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship nationwide in the Philippines, from 10AM to 5PM. We primarily use our personal couriers for Metro Manila shipments and use third party shipment providers for provincial orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally.

DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS?

We do; however, we do require 2 to 3 weeks lead time.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Unfortunately, we do not. Hopefully, eventually, maybe we will. Keep on the lookout by following us on our socials for updates and subscribing to our newsletter!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?

Regular orders within Metro Manila will take 2-3 business days. If you'd like to receive your order in the same day, please choose our express shipping option upon checkout. Provincial orders can take 7-10 business days to arrive.

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT RESTOCK?

Our product restock timeline greatly depends on shipping, importation, and customs. As such, time between restocks and product releases can vary. If you're looking forward to a restock of a particular item, don't hesitate to let us know by messaging us.
