The H. Upmann Banker Annuity is a recreation of an exceptional blend originally created in 1844. When German bankers Carl and Herman Upmann traveled to Cuba that year, they made a uniquely sublime cigar and locked it away in their vaults as a gift for important clients. Now, over 170 years later, that award-winning blend has been carefully recreated. The Banker features a beautiful oily Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder from the Jalapa region, aged Nicaraguan and Dominican long fillers, and is handmade in the Dominican Republic. This luxurious cigar boasts an exquisite sweet, nutty aroma with complex notes of hazelnut and a hint of spice. It delivers an even, flavorful burn with a rich, vibrant and refined finish.
